TERRENCE PAYNE

Chief Executive Officer of TMM, Mr. Payne has more than 25 years experience in marketing, management, technical assistance and business development strategies for small and minority-owned businesses. Prior establishing TMM, he held marketing and advertising positions for Pitney Bowes, Inc., All Pro-Broadcasting and KACE 103.9 FM. He was the Marketing Advisor for the Los Angeles Urban League Minority Business Development Center, Retail Brand Manager for Weber’s Bread, and General Partner for Taylor’s Grocery Store. Mr. Payne is an active business owner and community business advocate, with a vision for the highest quality of services to businesspersons and communities seeking knowledge and intelligence necessary for establishing and growing businesses. TMM is certified as a DBE/MBE/SBE firm.

TERESA R. WALLETTE

Teresa Wallette is TMM’s President with extensive experience in business, administration, finance, project management and organizational development in the public and private sectors. Ms. Wallette specializes in business and financial management for minority and women-owned businesses, non-profit organizations and government agencies. Former president and owner of a high technology, defense electronics and manufacturing company, Wallette understands contracting with large government agencies like DOD, DOT and major defense electronic contractors as well as states, municipalities and small businesses. Ms. Wallette  also held senior management and policy positions in city departments and large non-profit organizations in Los Angeles, New York and Dallas where she developed innovative programs and increased operational and financial viability. As a business and organizational development consultant, Wallette has worked with such varied organizations and businesses as the Southern California Edison minority vendors, The College Fund/UNCF, Los Angeles Urban League, US Department of Commerce, the City of Los Angeles and a division of the Los Angeles County Department of Health Services, among others. Ms. Wallette has a Masters Degree in public administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in political science, has served on the board of directors of numerous organizations, and been an officer or member of a number of community, civic and business organizations.

ASHFAQ CHOUGLE

Ashfaq Chougle is the Chief Technical Officer.  He has extensive experience working with all aspects of software development including: analysis, architecture, design, plan, development, system testing, implementation, and documentation.  Mr. Chougle has polished management and leadership skills, with ability to motivate teams to increase productivity, especially in time critical situations. He has expertise in full project life cycle development for implementation and integration and a deep understanding of technology with focus on delivering business solutions.  Mr. Chougle has been the team leader and software engineer supervisor for all aspects of TMM’s BOARDX system from its inception, and continues to provide its upgrades and enhancements.

GREGORY L. WRIGHT

Gregory Wright is TMM’s specialist in federal, state and local business certifications.  He has more than 20 years of experience in every facet of the U. S. Small Business Administration’s (SBA) certification process. Mr. Wright was Deputy Director of the Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization for the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) and a member of the inter-departmental task force to develop regulations implementing the 10% DBE goal for DOT grant recipients. Mr. Wright has experience that also includes that of Assistant Manager for Minority Business Affairs for the Kiewit Construction Group, Inc., responsible for prospective DBE subcontractor certification preparation. Greg performed on-site certification reviews, as an independent contractor, for the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority and the Port Authority of Allegheny County (Pittsburgh Transit Agency). As a consultant since 2002, Mr. Wright has worked as an SBA “Private Certifier” with a 100% success rate for all firms submitted to SBA.
